Customer Reviews

The company was professional and communicative from the start. The sales rep, Cody, arrived to our appt on time. He was knowledgeable and understanding of our non-profit challenges; as such, we are moving forward with their product & services. I look forward to seeing the end results!

Came on time. Garage floor, porch, stairs and sidewalk done in one day. Very good job, clean up also very good. Friendly workers, answered any questions I had. May have the patio and dog kennel a s small sidewalk done next year.

I can't believe it's the same garage! It looks wonderful. I would recommend Legacy Concrete Coating to anyone considering a garage make-over. You won't be disappointed.

Installers were very professional and easy to work with. They did a very nice job.

Professional, respectful, timely and explained thoroughly.

Excellent job, professional, courteous, on time. I would highly recommend this company for garage floor coating. It looks great!

After a scary start with getting a call around 6 am on the day the guys were coming to do our basement floor with the ploy , for them to say they could come because tgey were short people and supplies. But with a little compliant they called me back and said they could do it. Glad they did. We were told that the smell during the drying time was strong and suggested to leave the home. So we had a room booked two night. Floor looks good of what we can see from the stairs looking in the basement. We will see more in 48 hours when we can walk on it.

We have been wanting to get our garage floor coated for 6 yrs and researched different companies. None of them had a product that dealt seriously with fixing cracks before applying a coating. Through research I found that many coatings did really peel later due to their chemical make up. We had Legacy Concrete Coating out to give us a quote. Paul was knowledgable AND personable! Answered all of the questions we had with provable solutions. Went over what they could do and what wouldn't work very thoroughly. No pressure selling. After taking over two hours with us we hired Legacy! Picked our colors and scheduled the in stall. VERY excited to see the finished product. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional from sales through instillation. All staff are friendly and explained things well. Our garage floor looks phenomenal. I would recommend Legacy with no reservations.

Jordan and Brianna did a great job and were very friendly. The problem I have with them and your company is that there are no safety measures in place. They did not wear any hearing protection or masks. This is definitely not something that should continue with this type of process. The decibel level for the machines they use are very loud. Worst is the dust from the concrete that they grind is definitely not safe at all. STOP.

From the sales rep to the install crew, they were professional and did a great job. They answered any questions we had making the entire process a very good experience. Definitely recommend them!

Great communication Carter was able to answer all our questions. Can’t wait to have it done.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable with product versatility/usability.

The company responded the same day to my initial phone call and was able to send out a sales rep for the initial meeting within a few hours. Paul did a great job of explaining the options and the process and answering all my questions.

Wonderful guys to work with. Fast and reliable

Everything was great from start to finish. Team was early and very professional and kept me informed. They were kind and fast . Both garages done in one day and looks AMAZING. Would highly recommend and so happy we did this. Makes the garage look so much better and CLEAN. Great customer service.

Working with Matt Koch was a breeze, explained everything the company offers and also gave us a good price to do my garage,

Our house is 55 years old and the garage floor had many issues. Legacy came in at the exact time they promised and completed our 2 car garage floor within 6 hours. Tyler and Kayden were very personable and made sure to keep me informed of how the day would go. It was exciting to see the transformation as the day went on. Great job gentlemen! The floor is amazing!! Thank you.

Received quote from Mathew Koch with Legacy. He was very informative and helpful.

Excellent crew, excellent job on garage floor Would use them again.

The crew that came to do our garage floor were extremely courteous and professional. They explained the process as they went along, asking if we had any questions. We are very pleased with how the floor looks.

Quick, reasonable,clean. Hard working individuals.

This is the third time I’ve used Legacy and they’ve done an excellent job every time. Professional work and very courteous employees are highly recommend. Nathan and Nick were great. even when the neighbors dog came and walked through their project.

Very happy with the garage flooring that the Legacy team installed. Very professional, efficient and easy to work with. I would recommend!

Crew did a great job installing and cleaning up after. Very pleased with the new garage floor.

Cody was great, explained all the options, no pressure, had WiFi problems but it got fixed

Matt was knowledgeable and straight forward with everything. Also, liked to discuss exercise and bow hunting, two of my favorite things. :)

Everything went great. From the initial estimate with Matthew who explained our options and the installation crew that did a great job. Very happy with our garage floor.

This is the third time I've had this company do work for me every time they've done an excellent job they kept their commitment and came back and fixed the entire garage floor because it had several spots that became discolored. They did an excellent job cleaning up I was very pleased with this company

Just contracted with them again for another garage.

We were having our outside patio coated. After the preliminary work was done they decided to stop since there was rain in the forecast. They planned to come back in a month and a half. We called them and they got it down to 3/4 of month. We accepted that. Ten minutes after the call ended, they called back to inform us they would be there the next day to finish the job. We were very pleased, they did as they said and we are very pleased with with the finished product. Thank you!

Crew did a great job with everything cleaned up. Floor look terrific.

The crew that was at our home were courteous and did an excellent job working on issues that we had near apron in our floor. Will recommend your company to all who ask

I am vert satisfied. Carter was friendly, knew his product, answered all my questions. Signed on the spot.

Had our garage floor done today. Turned out beautiful. The guys were on time & finished in the afternoon. They did a great job & were easy to talk to & explained what to do as far as when we could walk on it & when we could put stuff back on garage. Would recommend them if you are thinking about getting a garage floor etc done. Poly coating.

Matthew was both professional and personable. He covered all the needed information for us to make our decision to have our garage floor done. We are looking forward to Legacy making our floor look beautiful. See you on July 23rd!

Very nice and friendly crew, easy to work with. Did a great job getting my shed floor done in one day.1,900 sq ft. Wished they wouldn’t have thrown the flakes so high up in the air, even though I had plastic sheeting stapled up 8.5 feet high, much if it went up and over the plastic and is all over the shelves and tools. My only real negative is that the floor scratches very easily if you slide anything on it. Finish coating is not hard enough. Slid a couch across the floor only five feet, and it left a long white scratch on the floor, which can’t be rubbed out. This was six days after the install. I can also see tire marks where I drove my tractor and Gator in very slowly too. Top surface coat should be much harder after curing for six days. I do like the color and texture very much though. See pics. Thank You.

Mitch was a great to work with. Waiting on the install and how the product will hold up.

Great experience. Arrived on time, very professional crew, job done in 4 hours. Looks amazing. Love the warranty. Very easy to do business with Legacy

Matt was very thorough when he came out to give the etimate. Based on his knowledge and the lifetime transferable warranty, I am sure when the work is completed, it will be professionally done.

Fantastic job coating our garage concrete floor, highly recommended!

Kyle was a very generous, kind & easy to talk with!

On time and very professional. Done in one day as advertised. Would definitely use again, but shouldn’t need to.

The install looks great and the two guys that did the work were very polite and hard workers. Thank you!

Legacy rep, Noel, visited our residence and shared with us the entire process of the install and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made our decision an easy choice to have Legacy Concrete Coatings install our new garage floor. We were very impressed with Noel and look forward to our upcoming installation date. Thanks Noel and Legacy! Update: Our floor installation has been completed and can say we are so happy with the final result! It turned out great! A big thank you to Hunter and Zac for the job they did. They arrived as scheduled and worked through on a day that was very hot. It was a matter of minutes and they were already beginning to prep our garage floor. They took the time to answer our questions about each phase of the job. We were impressed on how maticulously they worked to ensure a high quality finished product. Their professionalism, expertise, and work ethic were appreciated. It is understandable why Legacy Concrete Coating does great work, stands behind their product, and why we would recommend their services.

We booked ti have our garage floor resurfaced. Mitch explained everything and Kyle explained even more. Very easy to work with.

As we usually do when we want to get something done at our home, we get multiple bids. When Ken from Legacy Concrete Coatings came to our home, he was on-time, pleasant and professional. We talked about what we wanted to do, he listened and gave us recommendations. While we looked at his color palette, he explained the benefits of going with Legacy. We really liked the Lifetime warranty. One thing Ken was able to do that we thought was impressive, was to give us a quote on the spot. Other companies we had over took weeks to supply a quote after the initial visit. We thought the price was reasonable. We picked our colors and had our garage floor and our front porch done in the flake/chip polyaspartic coating. The crew showed up and had it done in a day. Looks great and the colors we picked tie into our home and brick paver colors. I would highly recommend Ken and Legacy Concrete Coatings.

Love my new garage and patio floors. I’d highly recommended Legacy. From salesman Noel to Eian and his work crew, I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism, thoroughness and dedication to do the job right. Floors are beautiful!

To whom it concern ,My garage concrete coating has completed ,it is looking so perfected and we love it so that we would like to give biggest thanks for the legacy employee as Mr. Tyler and Mr. Travis they are the best and quality workers with us . Thank you very much. Billy and Annaly . ___________________.

Carter Hoffman provided great service and sold us coating the basement and garage. He provided great insight on all the benefits and performance of Legacy products. Carter worked with us on scheduling the install. Looking forward to a great outcome!

Dustin and Victor were here bright and early. They did a quick and excellent job and afterwards explained all the instructions about how to care for our new garage floor. I would highly recommend Legacy concrete coating.

We really love our new floor in the garage. These two young men, Roland and Paul did a fantastic job. From start to finish, they really cared about the customer. Would highly recommend Legacy Concrete Coatings.

Great job! Crew was very professional and polite. Would highly recommend.

Very professional

Just the sales talk so far with explanations of how the process is done , what it looks like, how it will protect and save the garage floor overall. The pricing and warranty were gone over and explained well. Very happy with everything so far.

The floor turned out better than I could have imagined. They were on time, professional, and have great detail in giving instructions.

Great people to work with. The salesman Paul was excellent at explaining everything and Enrique and Cameron did an amazing job on my garage floor. I am having them come back in August to do more work. Thanks again!

My agent Ross Johnson is outstanding and very knowledgeable of the product and procedures for the job. Thanks for the easement of getting things taken care of.

Very professional and any changes to the project was seamless. I would suggest this business to anyone. I will be using them in future for my concrete coatings.

I was impressed with Noel and his knowledge. Looking forward to the finished project!

We had our garage and porch done today and I am just in awe! Night and day difference! So happy with the results!

I had my new garage floor coating installed yesterday and it looks amazing! I love the color and the shine! The installers, Nathan and David, were hard working, kind, meticulous and professional. I could tell they wanted to make sure we were happy in all aspects of the job. I highly recommend Legacy for jobs you may need done.

From the initial estimate from Jack, to the day of installation. Everything promised was delivered. Couldn't be more satisfied with the finished result. Highly recommend Legacy Concrete Coating.

We were very pleased with the overall process for our garage floor and porch from start to finish. The Legacy team was very responsive to our requests did a fantastic job for us.

2 guys did an amazing job!! just beautiful, still doing a happy dance. .highly recommend. Please use this company, everyone is so nice and kept me informed about everything! xoxoxox

Carter came out for our appointment and went through different scenarios for the garage floor and thoroughly discussed all the options. He explained everything very well and was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Carter for your next project.

The product sounded great but because we did not make the decision to have it done within their short window of signing, when we did sign it cost us about $700 more because they wouldn't give us the discounts they easily could have let us have. Everything else went smoothly. Just a s****y business practice of their sales department.

Legacy provided a concrete coating (their poly product with flakes) to our garage and to our back patio. Our house from front to back feels sparkling clean and improved. We feel confident the expense was a good investment. We are very happy with both! They look fantastic. And.will be easy to keep clean. Legacy Service from initial meeting and estimate through installation was excellent - professional, friendly, reliable, and competent. Carter our service rep listened to us and helped us pick out the perfect solutions and colors for both situations. Our installer Rodrigo and his team were prompt, efficient, and personable. Everything was explained to us, including maintenance. Timeline was reasonable and met. Cost was reasonable and included a great warranty. We have no complaints and highly recommend Legacy for concrete solutions..

Great company to work with. Final results were better than expected. Would recommend this product and company and would definitely do it again.

I was not impressed with communication by Legacy. Said arrival time would be 7:30-8:30. Arrived at 10:25 am after 3 phone calls with office. Workers had to go to MI to complete a job from previous day…yet office NEVER communicated that. Workers (3 of them) were excellent, professional and explained each step of the process. Completed my 40 ft deep tandem garage by 3:30 ish and did a great job. I’d suggest office staff work on communication with customers. A simple phone call the previous night would have been appreciated. We had guest and everyone cleared out by 7:30 since we assumed they’d be here early. If we have been told it would be after 10 o’clock, it would’ve made everyone’s morning much better. The three young men who did the work saved the day with their professionalism and hard work Before and after photos attached. Tom C. Minocqua

Two fellows came and measured my garage, presented the options, wrote me a quote and a contract, all in about 30 minutes. They were kind, efficient, and professional! The quite is very reasonable as well!

Very professional agents and workers.

On time great crew good looking work

Carter was very knowledgeable, polite, and did all around good job of booking our project.

Floor coating was very nice, but they left chips all over my yard. I did tell the salesman, no reply. You're welcome to come by and clean up I'll update the review.

Extremely friendly staff with great customer service. They made sure that I was happy with the results when they were done. I am very happy with my choice to go with legacy, especially with their lifetime warranty.

Carter was very helpful and informative about the project.

Today they came to do our garage floor. Very impressed with how it looks today. Colors match perfectly to our exterior siding. Dan, Dustin, Dru, Havi, and Mike a big thanks to you each for your pleasant service and communication. You are top notch. I highly recommend this crew for any of your concrete coating needs in the Wausau and surrounding area.

Very pleased with how our quote for garage floor coating went. Noel did a great job explaining the process and helping us pick a color. Highly recommend.

So far, I am very satisfied w/ the knowledge and honesty of Ken Z. The job won't be done until 07/09, but I have no doubt it wiil be done very well.

From the sales consultation with Noel Winch to the installers and finish product, Legacy Concrete Coatings is top notch. This company is professional, pays attention to detail, is heavy on communication and transparency, and the finished project is outstanding. I had a garage floor done and the before and after made me wish I had done this sooner! Highly recommend to give Noel Winch a call to get you the best deal and a lifetime warranty to back their work. 5 STARS. Mike Central Wisconsin

Jack was Professional and knowledgeable. Walk through entire process and answered all questions and concerns. Top notch service

Met with Ken. Was very informative and personable. He explained everything in detail. Can’t wait to get my project done. He even helped me with my water softener. I would give more stars to Legacy and Ken

Your crew (Dan, Dru & Brayden) showed up promptly at 0730: the team leader was very professional and knowledgable of the product and the process. All team members were polite, and worked steadily through out the installation. They were very clean and kept me informed of the progress whenever I approached the installation. They left my property clean upon leaving. I am very happy with my finished floor and the entire process; it was an amazing transformation. Even one of my neighbors approached the crew for a business card. Highly recommended

Quick response to requests. Easy appointment scheduling, with reminders and follow up. Paul, the sales representative was timely, organized, thorough, knowledgeable and you could tell he firmly believed in the product. We already have a date set for our new garage floor. Thank you Legacy Coatings. PS: Several of our neighbors have Legacy coated garage floors. They have nothing but positive comments.

Great meeting with Matthew Koch. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects and processes of floor coating. It was a thorough presentation answering all our questions. Gave us options, walked us through the process, giving us all the time we needed to make a decision. Because of Matthew’s ability to offer us a great fair price and are being assured a great job will be done, along with the excellent warranty, we went ahead and signed the purchase agreement to be done in July. Also, he’s very respectful, easy to talk to and all around nice guy. A great meeting!!

I am excitedly awaiting for my floor to dry....it looks awesome! Legacy has been great to work with from the initial consult to the completion of the job. Everything was well explained from the start. The crew showed up on time and was very professional. I can't wait to use my new garage floor and would use Legacy again!

Very professional. Great price and service. Got just what we wanted.

Amazing how they could transform my cracked and chipping garage floor to a garage floor I’m proud of. The crew were well trained and professional, clean up was done well.

The whole process was so painless. No high pressure sales, cost was acceptable, and the young men who came to do the coating were professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. They did a great job!

The estimate appointment with Mathew Koch was great. Looking forward to our install date!

Met with Carter Hoffman today for an estimate! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. Got a fair price and now we are anxiously awaiting installation!

We’ve been thinking about a garage floor upgrade for a while. We contacted Legacy and they responded to our inquiry quickly. Ross was great to work with and his estimate was reasonable. We are looking forward to the finished product.

Absolutely love my floor. Great people to work with. The job was done timely and the crew were super friendly. Thank you Legacy!!

Paul, the salesman knew his job. He was great.

Ken was very knowledgeable. He went through the product and process and explained it very well.

Carter Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable, polite, took his time explaining the process to me and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Legacy Conrete Coating!

Impressive evaluation/estimate appointment. Evan was thorough and certainly knowledgeable about the product, application and prep. Our decision was also influenced knowing that Legacy produces it's own product. So they are "all in" to the project.

I would like to commend the staff at Wausau Legacy Coating for the service I received. Our garage was resurfaced by Legacy approximately 6 months ago and following the winter a small crack appeared. I contacted Legacy regarding this issue and they immediately responded to my concerns and inspected the issue and scheduled a team to rectify the issue. Tim (TJ) and Jordan were the service technicians that were scheduled to complete the repairs. Tim and Jordan were professional, polite, and very experienced in their work. They are excellent representatives of Legacy and their services were greatly appreciated. I appreciate the fact that Legacy Coatings stood behind their warranty. Service after the sale is what separates an average company from an exceptional company. Legacy Coatings is an exceptional company with a great product. But most importantly their staff is their strongest asset. I thank Tim, Jordan and Aaron for their professionalism and commitment to excellence. Tim Hames

Very Professional and informative. Communication with Legacy was very good as we were kept up to date on appointment and any changes. Design Rep was knowledgeable, a great listener, courteous, and helpful. He had insightful suggestions, which we appreciated.

Ken was outstanding! Wildly accommodating to schedule consultation. Fantastic and personable. Purchased the product for our approximately 1000 square foot garage space. Highly recommend working with Ken!

Ken was wonderful to work with. He explained all of our options clearly and completely. He was very helpful in selecting the color scheme for our project. Looking forward to completion and a great garage floor! Thanks Ken

Thank Matthew Koch...pleasant salesman. We look forward to seeing our finished product.

Ken the sales rep was real knowledgeable and very easy to work with.He called before he arrived to reaffirm the scheduled time.

I contacted Legacy on a Sunday through a facebook ad. They messaged me within an hour. A meeting was set up for the following Tuesday( my day off work). They arrived at the exact set time and we reviewed what was needed to be done. I have an apt. In June to have my garage done. How is that for service? I’d say pretty darn good!

Kyle K was our rep & did an awesome job covering/explaining & answering all our questions.

Legacy Concrete Coating is AMAZING! Kudos to Matt Busch!! And hats off to the men who did our garage floor. Hands down, the best!

Paul's guidance and expertise was outstanding and it did not go unnoticed. From our perspective he went above and beyond when it came to explaining and answered all of our concerns. We would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude towards Paul's and his ability to understand our needs. Taking the time to listen was something we have not seen very often.

From the salesman to the installers, it was a smooth process and a very satisfying experience. The floor looks great and created a whole new level of enjoyment for our garage space.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Easy to deal with. Good communication. Floor looks even better than I had hoped. I’m very thankful that it provides good traction. Not slippery at all. Cleans up nicely. Too soon to know about durability, but doing good so far!

The Legacy Team you sent to do the work did so quickly and professionally. They provided answers and updates during the day to my questions and concerns. Both of the team members were respectful and knowledgeable. They finished quickly and were done by early afternoon the day of the installation. The floor looks fabulous, and my overall impression of the interaction and process is to recommend your company and product.

I had a very good experience wirh Legacy. Everyone was personable, polite and a pleasure to work with. The installers that did the work were amazing. Polite, knowledgeable answered any questions I had. They did an amazing job on my garage floor. I am so happy with the looks of the floor. It was in pretty tough shape. A big thank you to Rodrigo and Junior for the super fine work!!!!

Matt was great! He did a great job showing us the product and took time in explaining the installation process. He is very courteous and took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Legacy’s floor covering products. The crew that installed our new garage floor covering did a great job. The floor looks fantastic! They also answered all of our questions! Also a great warranty

My experience was the best. Jack, the rep, understood and explained the product and process. He was able to answer all my questions. The product is just what I was looking for to update my 50 yr old cement around the pool. Now I won’t have to worry about hot cracked cement or having to put down rugs to cover the flaws. The price also surprised me by being very reasonable and in my budget.

This was an anniversary gift for my husband and he loved it! The crew were real nice guys and did a great job. I thought it would take days but it took one day!

looks like carpet on my garage floor!!

Salesman Paul was very good. Explained everything thoroughly.

Paul was very informative. Answered all questions and concerns. Very excited to see what a difference it will make!

Rep was very knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the process. The rep was also very professional and friendly

On time, professional & all went smoothly.

We just had an excellent experience with Ken Ziegler and signed up to have our garage floor coated. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and application process along with their lifetime warranty details . He took pictures and conferred with his office regarding a small area that would need to be replaced. Ken is very professional, polite and an all around good guy and gentleman. We typically aren’t impulse buyers but he did an excellent presentation, generated a quote quickly and we felt very comfortable giving him our downpayment today. He also got us our winter discount even though we’re not installing until July 1. Overall great experience today! Keep up the good work Ken!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Not only was the sales rep, Noel, excellent to work with, but so were the guys doing the work. Very professional, kind and accommodating. The quality, price, look, and warranty of the garage floor is unbeatable. Would never have another home without having a garage floor like this. Thanks so much!

Matt Koch did a great job explaining the differences in their products, and what was better for my needs. I will be having my driveway and front porch done in June. Can't wait to see the finished project.

Matthew Koch from Legacy came to the home within 2 days of the initial call. Matthew was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. This whole process has been professional and seamless. Highly recommended.

I Contacted Legacy Concrete Coatings at about 9:00 am. They got back to me promptly and had a rep in my town. He was able to be at our home by 12:00 pm. Ken Z. was very thorough and friendly, explained everything and went through the warranty. We picked out our color and signed the contract.

Matt was outstanding and professional. Thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the pending job and I never felt pressured. The company should be proud to have him as an employee.

Ken was knowledgeable and good to work with

Ken Z was great! I appreciate the time he took with our estimate and extra visit to select color, schedule the date, and execute the contract. Looking forward to the next step and the new floor in May!

Having my garage floor done, Matt was great in explaining everything. We ere able to get everything done and schedule in one day. Very happy with my experience with Legacy Concrete.

Our service was great~from the initial visit to the finished product. Our front porch was cracked and uneven. The new surface looks amazing and we love it ~ at least so far. The coating was done in August so we’ll have to wait and see how it holds up to our Wisconsin weather, but so far it’s looking pretty good!

Salesman named Evan was very polite and professional. He explained the entire process in detail. This allowed me to purchase the product today with no question. Great service!

Noel Winch, the sales rep, sold me! He was fantastic and that is an understatement. Looking forward to having new flooring in my tie dye studio!!!

Noel Winch, the sales rep, was one of the nicest, freindliest, and most informative sales reps I ever met. He had me sold! Thanks, looking forward to to getting new flooring in the spring for my tie dye studio!😀

Thoroughly satisfied ! We had a large crack in our front porch stoop and flaking deterioration of the 23 year old garage floor surface caused by salt / road grime. This coating process is fast and so far has proven to be very durable. We found a reasonable color match with our accent stone facings so are also pleased with that. We've had several compliments on how "clean" this coating solution looks. Also... IMO, this solution is reasonably priced given that you DO get what you pay for... taking into account the warranty offered on this product. DO consider this option for your floor coating solution. This stuff is amazing !

Not totally complete yet but the workmanship is without a doubt fabulous! I will post photos of amazing work once the 48 hours is up and I drive my vehicle on the new floor of the garages. For now i will just say it looks awesome and they are doing amazingly and throughly an impeccable job! Hats off to Legacy for having great workers! Stay tune for my final review I know it will be great!

I got a price the same day very nice people and highly recommend them they due a excellent job very happy with my new floor looks great

Great product, results and friendly installers.

Paul was very exceptional, informative and we are excited to work with Legacy further!

Legacy did a fine job for us. Very professional, I recommend them.

We just had our garage floor done by Legacy Concrete of Wausau. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the skill of the workers. Aaron and Hunter were very helpful by explaining everything. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. The floor looks great and I would recommend highly recommend them. I’m typically very fussy about having things done the right way and Aaron and Hunter met exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a job well done.

We had Carter and his crew come and do some repair work on our concrete. He was very knowledgeable on their product and the crew was very friendly and easy to work with. Thank You Carter

Evan and his "Evan-in-training" partner, Jack, were right on time and very professional. Evan was extremely knowledgeable about the garage floor application process. He was very personable and easy to talk to and do business with. He was very kind to, and patient with Jack who is learning his job. It was a very good experience!! Can't wait to get our garage floor done early next spring!!

I went to Legacy to replace my garage floor coating because it did not hold up. I seen the difference in the job the Legacy crew did compared to my first company. Legacy is thorough, the workmanship was outstanding, and they crew very professional. They showed up when they said they would and immediately got to work. I wished I would hevae used Legacy the first time!

I had my garage floor done by Legacy and they did a great job. I am very satisfied with their product and the crew who did the work. All completed in one day at a fair price.

Great work looks great good people to do business with. Recommended

Matt Koch was very knowledgeable about the whole process of having a concrete coating installed on my garage floor. Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend him and Legacy for all your concrete coatings!

We had our initial consult with Matthew on 25 September, and the floor coating completed on 1 October, so we were very happy with the timeline. The initial consult went smoothly; Matthew was professional, personable and knowledgeable, explaining the entire process and all the options. Our garage floor is 410 sq' and in very good condition. The workers showed up on time and got to work quickly. The entire process took a little over 3 hours. I was surprised that it wasn't nearly as noisy as expected and there was much less dust than anticipated. We exceeded the curing times to be on the safe side and then did a "wet deck" test. The silicon nodules mixed into the final coating gives the finished surface a very textured feel and offered excellent adhesion with either shoes or bare feet. Aesthetically, it just looks great and we are very happy with the result. Always wish I had done this in my last home and very glad we went with this home improvement option.

Very impressed with the finished work. The team did an outstanding job with the prep and filling in cracks and imperfections. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Friendly, honest salesman. Quick replies to questions. Answered on a weekend. Easy to use payment system. Able to schedule when we were ready.

I do like the garage floor polyurethane coatings, what I didn't like was that the landscaping was not protected and a lot of the speckles went everywhere. I vacuum up what I could, but it should have been protected.

Front side sales was awesome. Scheduling was marginal, 2 visits were needed because of employee issues. After a couple of attempts, had to reach sales to determine final install date. Install looks good; however we had excess flakes all over the place. Had to clean them up. We were told they would disappear over time. Overall satisfied with the job, but was expecting a higher level of service.

I think they did an amazing job transforming old concrete into amazing finished floor. They did a great job with analyzing the floor and putting the new polyurethane on , however, I will say I was not expecting the amount of dust and lack of cleanup. I had brand new garage doors put on and took hours to clean them because of the dust from the floor that was caked on.

Very professional and informative presentation for quote.

My garage floor looks amazing. My neighbors even commented on nice it looked. It took a lot of work to get everything out of the garage, but it was worth it. 👍

Great service at a great price! Everyone was professional and courteous. They made it easy.

The guys at legacy concrete coating were very professional and did fantastic job on our garage floor. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

From seals to installation, everyone was professional and personable. We are so happy with the new floor. It would have cost us a great deal more to replace the concrete that was pitted and cracked extremely bad. I feel like I have extra rooms to the house now. Looking forward to having a party to show it off. Thank you for the great service. Moe and his crew are fantastic workers.

Legacy was punctual and we are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of our floor coatings of the garage and patio. Time will tell how it holds up to Wisconsin weather. The floors were installed in May and so far no issues. There is a limited lifetime warranty which gives us piece of mind. The only complaint was the large amount of dust they was created in the preparation of floors. It seems like they could have a better system of dust collection.

A very thorough presentation.

Legacy installed Polyaspartic coating on my garage floor and patio the sales rep Matt was a super nice guy and answered all my questions. the installati9on crews were on time and did an excellent job. the entire 1700 square foot job was completed in less than a dy and looks fantastic highly recommend them!!

We had legacy do our 4 car garage floor last fall. It was one of the best things we did after we moved into our new home. They started in the morning and by the end of the day they were done. It’s so easy to keep clean and really adds value to our home. We will recommend them to anyone thinking about having this process done. John Zorn, fond du lac.

Excellent workmanship and product. Garage floor looks great. Legacy does a professional job. Highly recommend!

From start to finish could not be more pleased with Legacy. Sales rep Evan was professional and easy to work with. Installation today was excellent. Gavin & Brayden were well trained and highly skilled. Both were friendly, courteous and got the job completed to perfection. It was 88 degrees very high humidity, but they maintained a positive attitude from start to finish.

Beautiful job completing our project (garage and front porch)

I am happy with the results of coating installation on my old concrete garage floor. The salesman and the installation crew were all professional and pleasant to work with. The end result is great.

Legacy Concrete Coatings has been professional and very easy to work with from sales to installation, to receiving warranty paperwork. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, thorough honest and respectful, explained the process and materials. Took the time for questions, answering thoroughly to satisfaction. Our installation was very efficient, polite, respectful. They explained the process, answered questions and clear on directions for dry time, cleaning and avoid doing, as well as the durability. Having professionally installed gives comfort our polyasparic coating was installed correctly. Investing in durability and life time warranty (materials and labor) on your gives a piece of mind for the long term of ownership. And the aesthetics of the garage floor having continuity is pleasing and a bonus. Having the protection to prolong the durability concrete will save money later by not replacing sooner. I only wish we had the extra money to have our stoop and walkway done.

The entire process from filling information via the ad on Facebook to the visit by Carter Hoffman to get a quote and finally the installation of the concrete coating on the garage floor went very smoothly. Carter was very informative and did not do any pressuring for us to complete the deal. We were able to install the concrete flooring one week later and were extremely pleased with the outcome. The two young gentlemen that did the work were professional and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this company.

When Matt sat down and explained everything in detail, we understood everything in the process. The installation team came out. Very professional and detailed oriented. The finished product looks amazing. If you’re looking to get your cement floors refinished I highly recommend.

Noel is fantastic to work with. Knowable and answered all my concerns.

Certainly customer focused and want to make sure their customer is satisfied and happy with their service and quality.

Matt was terrific, he explained the company and the product throughly. We were so impressed that we bought on the spot!

Met with Carter, he was a nice personal young man. He was very helpful and explained the process and product. Installation in our garage is to be done on September 5. Will post again when job completed. To this point, very satisfied.

The transformation of my old concrete garage and porch area floors was amazing!! Everyone from the sales rep to the installation crews were outstanding. I would highly recomment Legacy Concrete Coatings to anyone looking to update their old concrete floors.

Legacy Concrete is top notch and product is highly recommended. Noel, Dan, Wesley, and Dustin were outstanding to work with. My garage floor looks amazing!

Ty Legacy (Legacy sales rep) met with me when inquiring of a quote. He was on time and was very informative. He was my fifth & final quote. He also answered all my questions without hesitation. He stated there was a lifetime warranty regarding everything. He explained each step (including the process of filling the cracks) He informed me that rust & battery acid will permanently damage the coating. He had noted the rust on the cement and informed me how to store my snowblower to prevent the staining. No one else told me that! Then it came to pricing and that was when I stated let’s set up a date. A lot lower than another company I was thinking of. He informed me of all what I need to do from my end. No water at all on the garage floor -even from car air conditioning and to remove “all items from floor.” Move certain items up that are hung on my wall system. I am looking forward to a grand floor coating. I will post pics & review once my project is done.

The guys that did our floor were knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. They made the process easy and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with how quickly I received a response to my initial request for a quote. The sales representative contacted me and an appointment was set up and I had a comprehensive quote in under a week. Matt, the sales representative, was one of the nicest, friendliest and most thorough people I’ve worked with. He went carefully went over everything I needed to know, what to expect, and what to do if I had any questions. I cannot wait to have this project done; it’s going to be awesome!

The workers were friendly, answered any questions or concerns I had. It was a lot of work to sand down the surface as my garage floor was pitted and had a crack in it and painted. But the end result was beautiful, I love it. I would recommend a garage floor upgrade by Legacy Concrete Coatings.

I appreciated Matt's honesty and insight in giving me a quote. I originally was going to have my garage floor coated but it is too porous to do so. They did a section of my basement instead. I love it!

I had the garage floor, exterior aprons, sidewalk and front steps coated. The workmanship was excellent, the project turned out beautifully. One of the most helpful aspects was seeing computerized photos of how it would look with the chosen color. It was very accurate. I would recommend Legacy to others.

Every aspect of the project was handled with professionalism and integrity. This company is top notch and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them. I had my garage and lower level of my house done. Beautiful job. I'm thrilled!

Great job, love the texture of their work never a slippery spot to be found. Great people to work with.

Matthew Koch was terrific. VERY trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Legacy did the flooring at the Bee Hive Barn and Grill. They did it in the time frame and budget that was quoted. The floors look great! Would definitely have them for any other flooring projects.

Courteous and informative

Matt was great! Answered all our questions. We're ready to go for the end of the month. Looking forward to it!

Legacy has been great so far, excited to get the rubarac coating on my stamped patio!!!

Wonderful experience with them. Very good at what they do. Cleaned things up very nice. Good workers and very caring.

Just had our garage floor finished last week. Legacy has been very professional and I would strongly recommend them for your floor!

The crew was right on time, very efficient and professional! Love the floor, what a difference!!

Professional staff delivering quality product and service.

We were scheduled to meet with Carter at 11:30 am. He arrived at 11:30. Carter represents Legacy, he is friendly, kind and informative. He taught us about the products that will be used on the flooring. It is a one day and done project. We are looking forward to the results. Thank you Legacy for hiring Carter!

Carter was truly amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He very politely answered all our questions and was so personable. After talking with him, we knew we wanted to have Legacy Concrete Coatings do our garage floor. Thanks Carter!

From Evan the Sales Rep, to the crew that installed the coating they were all great to have in our garage. Also Mitch who came a week later for some ups that were caused by the humid weather to make everything look great! It looks so nice, that our neighbor says we will probably want to keep the cars out of the garage for a few months and have parties in the garage. He says it looks tooooo nice to drive on it.

Great work done by the sales rep and the coating crew!

Update: original install was not good. After reaching out Legacy was on site within 2 days to inspect. They did agree with the issue and corrected within days. On their behalf - we did not see the imperfections from the angle of looking into the garage at time of install. Extremely impressed with the crew and their professionalism.

I was very pleased with my meeting today with Evan from Legacy Concrete Coatings. He was knowledgeable about the product and the install process. He helped me with color choices and how to handle the install day. I'm excited and ready for my new floor!

Great company to work with from start to finish. I needed a room in my basement done. The salesman listened to what I wanted done and didn't push anything else unlike another company I got a quote from. The crew of 2 were professional and kept me informed as the project moved along. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Just had my garage floor coated by Kayden, and Fernando. Super professional job. They took great care of my garage and made it look great. Thanks again.

Carter was our sales rep to do our garage floor and we were very happy with him. He explained the whole process thoroughly . He new product very well and was able to answer all of our questions. Carter was not pushy at all as that always turns us off. We were very happy that he was the one sent. He also told us about the Military discount which we didn't know about.

My garage looks great. The install team lead by Nate did a great job. They finished when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Our new garage floor looks marvelous. We will definitely recommend Legacy to all our friends!

From meeting with Matt to go over the project scope and answer any questions we had to the completion of the work by the courteous and accommodating crew it was GREAT!

Professional and good quality product

I was impressed with the quick response. The estimate was explained thoroughly and cost was reasonable. I was scheduled quicky and I stall was about 7 hours for a 2 car garage which I thought was reasonable, I am sure it could have been done quicker if my floor was in better shape. I am overall satisfied, I am hoping it last as long as advertised!

Rafael’s crew did a fantastic job! Professional and answered all my questions. They worked well with each other and completed the job in a timely manner. They arrived on time and estimated how long it would tt, and had it finished by that time. Thank you Rafael and your crew!

Pleasant to work with, negotiable, on time and down to earth. Can’t wait to see the job done!

Great job looks wonderful and a nice te of workers

We are extremely pleased with the work Legacy Concrete Coatings completed yesterday. Punctual, professional, friendly, skillful are words I'd use to describe our experience. Ryan and Michael were knowledgeable and very efficient. Our garage floor looks absolutely wonderful, and we could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Carter Hoffman was very punctual and very professional. Carter knows the products and answered all of our questions. Stacie Springstroh

Overall very good folks to work with, ended up with a floor that looks great. There were technical issues that required some major rework, which they provided on their own time. They did leave some messes - lots of material flakes, little dried globs of “mending” material and cigarettes in the alley, and material flakes on the stairway leading down from the floor. We cleaned it up, would be better if they provided that effort.

Very professional from sales with Matt Busch ti installation with Trey, Leroy & Ricky. They explained what would be happening and what to expect after installation. Love the look of finish product Dale & Bev Oudenhoven

All questions answered, et up date to do flooring. It's a go Legacy

Had a great experience with Legacy. Recommended by two friends. Representstive Matt explained the product & the process. Very fair price. Worked with us on the schedule for the project. Would highly recommend this company.

Sales staff and crew very professional and courteous, floor looks amazing, lots of compliments. Thanks Matt K. for getting me set up and getting is scheduled so quickly.

We had a great experience with Mathew Koch. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. He explained the process and the reason we should choose Legacy over any other company. He made the color selection easy which helped close the deal. Looking forward to the installation.
