This is the third time I've had this company do work for me every time they've done an excellent job they kept their commitment and came back and fixed the entire garage floor because it had several spots that became discolored. Just contracted with them again for another garage.

We were having our outside patio coated. After the preliminary work was done they decided to stop since there was rain in the forecast. They planned to come back in a month and a half. We called them and they got it down to 3/4 of month. We accepted that. Ten minutes after the call ended, they called back to inform us they would be there the next day to finish the job. We were very pleased, they did as they said and we are very pleased with with the finished product. Thank you!

They did a great job & were easy to talk to & explained what to do as far as when we could walk on it & when we could put stuff back on garage. Very nice and friendly crew, easy to work with. Did a great job getting my shed floor done in one day.1,900 sq ft. Wished they wouldn’t have thrown the flakes so high up in the air, even though I had plastic sheeting stapled up 8.5 feet high, much if it went up and over the plastic and is all over the shelves and tools. My only real negative is that the floor scratches very easily if you slide anything on it. Finish coating is not hard enough. Slid a couch across the floor only five feet, and it left a long white scratch on the floor, which can’t be rubbed out. This was six days after the install. I can also see tire marks where I drove my tractor and Gator in very slowly too. Top surface coat should be much harder after curing for six days. I do like the color and texture very much though. See pics. Thank You.

As we usually do when we want to get something done at our home, we get multiple bids. When Ken from Legacy Concrete Coatings came to our home, he was on-time, pleasant and professional. We talked about what we wanted to do, he listened and gave us recommendations. While we looked at his color palette, he explained the benefits of going with Legacy. We really liked the Lifetime warranty. One thing Ken was able to do that we thought was impressive, was to give us a quote on the spot. Other companies we had over took weeks to supply a quote after the initial visit. We thought the price was reasonable. We picked our colors and had our garage floor and our front porch done in the flake/chip polyaspartic coating. The crew showed up and had it done in a day. Looks great and the colors we picked tie into our home and brick paver colors. I would highly recommend Ken and Legacy Concrete Coatings.

Carter came out for our appointment and went through different scenarios for the garage floor and thoroughly discussed all the options. He explained everything very well and was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Carter for your next project.

The product sounded great but because we did not make the decision to have it done within their short window of signing, when we did sign it cost us about $700 more because they wouldn't give us the discounts they easily could have let us have. Everything else went smoothly. Just a s****y business practice of their sales department.

Legacy provided a concrete coating (their poly product with flakes) to our garage and to our back patio. Our house from front to back feels sparkling clean and improved. We feel confident the expense was a good investment. We are very happy with both! They look fantastic. And.will be easy to keep clean. Legacy Service from initial meeting and estimate through installation was excellent - professional, friendly, reliable, and competent. Carter our service rep listened to us and helped us pick out the perfect solutions and colors for both situations. Our installer Rodrigo and his team were prompt, efficient, and personable. Everything was explained to us, including maintenance. Timeline was reasonable and met. Cost was reasonable and included a great warranty. We have no complaints and highly recommend Legacy for concrete solutions..

I was not impressed with communication by Legacy. Said arrival time would be 7:30-8:30. Arrived at 10:25 am after 3 phone calls with office. Workers had to go to MI to complete a job from previous day…yet office NEVER communicated that. Workers (3 of them) were excellent, professional and explained each step of the process. Completed my 40 ft deep tandem garage by 3:30 ish and did a great job. I’d suggest office staff work on communication with customers. A simple phone call the previous night would have been appreciated. We had guest and everyone cleared out by 7:30 since we assumed they’d be here early. If we have been told it would be after 10 o’clock, it would’ve made everyone’s morning much better. Two fellows came and measured my garage, presented the options, wrote me a quote and a contract, all in about 30 minutes. They were kind, efficient, and professional! The quite is very reasonable as well!

Your crew (Dan, Dru & Brayden) showed up promptly at 0730: the team leader was very professional and knowledgable of the product and the process. All team members were polite, and worked steadily through out the installation.They were very clean and kept me informed of the progress whenever I approached the installation. Impressive evaluation/estimate appointment. Evan was thorough and certainly knowledgeable about the product, application and prep. Our decision was also influenced knowing that Legacy produces it's own product. So they are "all in" to the project.

I would like to commend the staff at Wausau Legacy Coating for the service I received. Our garage was resurfaced by Legacy approximately 6 months ago and following the winter a small crack appeared. I contacted Legacy regarding this issue and they immediately responded to my concerns and inspected the issue and scheduled a team to rectify the issue. Tim (TJ) and Jordan were the service technicians that were scheduled to complete the repairs. Tim and Jordan were professional, polite, and very experienced in their work. I contacted Legacy on a Sunday through a facebook ad. They messaged me within an hour. A meeting was set up for the following Tuesday( my day off work). They arrived at the exact set time and we reviewed what was needed to be done. I have an apt. In June to have my garage done. How is that for service? I’d say pretty darn good!

My experience was the best. Jack, the rep, understood and explained the product and process. He was able to answer all my questions. The product is just what I was looking for to update my 50 yr old cement around the pool. Now I won’t have to worry about hot cracked cement or having to put down rugs to cover the flaws. The price also surprised me by being very reasonable and in my budget.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and application process along with their lifetime warranty details . He took pictures and conferred with his office regarding a small area that would need to be replaced. Ken is very professional, polite and an all around good guy and gentleman. We typically aren’t impulse buyers but he did an excellent presentation, generated a quote quickly and we felt very comfortable giving him our downpayment today. He also got us our winter discount even though we’re not installing until July 1. Overall great experience today! Keep up the good work Ken!

Our service was great~from the initial visit to the finished product. Our front porch was cracked and uneven. The new surface looks amazing and we love it ~ at least so far. The coating was done in August so we’ll have to wait and see how it holds up to our Wisconsin weather, but so far it’s looking pretty good!

Thoroughly satisfied ! We had a large crack in our front porch stoop and flaking deterioration of the 23 year old garage floor surface caused by salt / road grime. This coating process is fast and so far has proven to be very durable. We found a reasonable color match with our accent stone facings so are also pleased with that. We've had several compliments on how "clean" this coating solution looks. Also... IMO, this solution is reasonably priced given that you DO get what you pay for... taking into account the warranty offered on this product. DO consider this option for your floor coating solution. This stuff is amazing !

Not totally complete yet but the workmanship is without a doubt fabulous! I will post photos of amazing work once the 48 hours is up and I drive my vehicle on the new floor of the garages. For now i will just say it looks awesome and they are doing amazingly and throughly an impeccable job! Hats off to Legacy for having great workers! Stay tune for my final review I know it will be great!

I went to Legacy to replace my garage floor coating because it did not hold up. I seen the difference in the job the Legacy crew did compared to my first company. Legacy is thorough, the workmanship was outstanding, and they crew very professional. They showed up when they said they would and immediately got to work. Matt Koch was very knowledgeable about the whole process of having a concrete coating installed on my garage floor. Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend him and Legacy for all your concrete coatings!

We had our initial consult with Matthew on 25 September, and the floor coating completed on 1 October, so we were very happy with the timeline. The initial consult went smoothly; Matthew was professional, personable and knowledgeable, explaining the entire process and all the options. Our garage floor is 410 sq' and in very good condition. The workers showed up on time and got to work quickly. The entire process took a little over 3 hours. I was surprised that it wasn't nearly as noisy as expected and there was much less dust than anticipated. We exceeded the curing times to be on the safe side and then did a "wet deck" test. The silicon nodules mixed into the final coating gives the finished surface a very textured feel and offered excellent adhesion with either shoes or bare feet. Aesthetically, it just looks great and we are very happy with the result. Always wish I had done this in my last home and very glad we went with this home improvement option.

I do like the garage floor polyurethane coatings, what I didn't like was that the landscaping was not protected and a lot of the speckles went everywhere. I vacuum up what I could, but it should have been protected.

Front side sales was awesome. Scheduling was marginal, 2 visits were needed because of employee issues. After a couple of attempts, had to reach sales to determine final install date. Install looks good; however we had excess flakes all over the place. Had to clean them up. We were told they would disappear over time. Overall satisfied with the job, but was expecting a higher level of service.

I think they did an amazing job transforming old concrete into amazing finished floor. They did a great job with analyzing the floor and putting the new polyurethane on , however, I will say I was not expecting the amount of dust and lack of cleanup. I had brand new garage doors put on and took hours to clean them because of the dust from the floor that was caked on.

Legacy was punctual and we are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of our floor coatings of the garage and patio. Time will tell how it holds up to Wisconsin weather. The floors were installed in May and so far no issues. There is a limited lifetime warranty which gives us piece of mind. The only complaint was the large amount of dust they was created in the preparation of floors. It seems like they could have a better system of dust collection.

Investing in durability and life time warranty (materials and labor) on your gives a piece of mind for the long term of ownership. And the aesthetics of the garage floor having continuity is pleasing and a bonus. Having the protection to prolong the durability concrete will save money later by not replacing sooner. I only wish we had the extra money to have our stoop and walkway done.

The entire process from filling information via the ad on Facebook to the visit by Carter Hoffman to get a quote and finally the installation of the concrete coating on the garage floor went very smoothly. Carter was very informative and did not do any pressuring for us to complete the deal. We were able to install the concrete flooring one week later and were extremely pleased with the outcome. The two young gentlemen that did the work were professional and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this company.

Ty Legacy (Legacy sales rep) met with me when inquiring of a quote. He was on time and was very informative. He was my fifth & final quote. He also answered all my questions without hesitation. He stated there was a lifetime warranty regarding everything. He explained each step (including the process of filling the cracks) He informed me that rust & battery acid will permanently damage the coating. He had noted the rust on the cement and informed me how to store my snowblower to prevent the staining. No one else told me that! Then it came to pricing and that was when I stated let’s set up a date. A lot lower than another company I was thinking of. He informed me of all what I need to do from my end. No water at all on the garage floor -even from car air conditioning and to remove “all items from floor.” Move certain items up that are hung on my wall system. I am looking forward to a grand floor coating. I will post pics & review once my project is done.

Update: original install was not good. After reaching out Legacy was on site within 2 days to inspect. They did agree with the issue and corrected within days. I was scheduled quicky and I stall was about 7 hours for a 2 car garage which I thought was reasonable, I am sure it could have been done quicker if my floor was in better shape. Overall very good folks to work with, ended up with a floor that looks great. There were technical issues that required some major rework, which they provided on their own time. They did leave some messes - lots of material flakes, little dried globs of “mending” material and cigarettes in the alley, and material flakes on the stairway leading down from the floor. We cleaned it up, would be better if they provided that effort.

I had my garage floor coated over a month ago and I am still amazed at how beautiful it is and how glad that we had Legacy do the job! I would definitely recommend them!!

My new garage floor looks great. Legacy was quick installing. It is so clean compared to the dirty and beat up concrete that I like to walk barefoot on it.

It's only been an hour since they left but the floor looks AMAZING. Everyone was so easy to work with. Brad helped pick the colors to match with the house siding and catering the top coat so our concerns about slipping but not being too rough were addressed. The actual installers were very professional one was named Jordan but I didn't catch the other gentleman's name. He was very knowledgeable on the process and what we should expect based on the condition of our floor. The picture doesn't do it justice by any means. Obviously you can tell which was the before. We are so happy with the entire process. I even had to call and speak with Abbey and she was very nice and helpful. Returned my call in minutes of my voicemail.

The Legacy Concrete Coatings (Team) arrived promptly, went right to work and were finished with my large garage in around 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up properly, with hardly any dust left from the process. They were polite and respectful too. The project looks wonderful and I am very glad I decided to move forward with it. BEAUTIFUL!

If I was just basing my review on customer service, it’d be 5 stars. However, the quality and cleanliness of the ENTIRE crew…stellar can I get 10 stars?! I am so pleased with how everything turned out. Such a fun bday gift for the hubs. Now we can paint and finish the garage without fear of having to replace the entire slab. Thanks for fixing the old and giving us better than we hoped for.

We haven't had our work done by Legacy but were very impressed with the thoroughness demonstrated by Luke when we met with him to discuss the scope of the work. He answered all our questions and even a few that we hadn't thought to ask! So we're eager for the work to be done and will leave another review upon it's completion. I read a lot of the reviews for Legacy and noticed that one customer was upset by rust that had bled through the coating, apparently from rebar in the garage floor that is too close to the surface. The customer indicated that they weren't warned about this. However, the possibility of this is clearly stated in the contract, and the contract indicates that the warranty doesn't cover this rare eventuality. Luke explained that thoroughly. As stated above, Luke covered things that we wouldn't even have thought to ask.
